For Private Sketches (which the client does not want to be posted, notify in advance, and notify in the form, subject to a possible fee (80% of the commission amount)).
In cases where there is no reference for the character and the Artist needs to create it from scratch, the price may increase slightly.
You may not sell the commissioned artwork without my permission (Unless you have paid for commercial use) And even with commercial rights, due credit must be given to me @RosetteAngel_.
Depending on the commission, the deadline may vary from commission to commission (if the client has a specific deadline, please state this on the form for analysis).
Deadlines for normal commissions can vary from 1-3 months (or even longer depending on the complexity of the commission)/ For Vtubers models can vary from 5-6 or more months (Keep this in mind before commissioning)
The deadline only applies from the moment the artist starts working on the lineart of the illustration or model (the artist will notify the client).
Clients who have already commissioned Vtubers Models are entitled to 1 slot on the list, when they request services, or upgrades on their models (Even if the slots have already been taken), remembering that this does not give these clients the right to pass in front of others on the list.

I don't accept commissions with quick deadlines (3-4 days or so). I will follow the order of the Trello list.
If any use of AI or commercialization of AI is discovered using the commissioned artwork or any artwork by another artist, either for references, the commission will not only be canceled, but the client will be placed on the Artist's Blacklist if they insist, and will no longer be able to carry out commissions with them.
When placing the order PLEASE send the images referring to the commission (pose, character, characteristics etc), if you do not have a reference made of the character, send reference images for the creation of the character reference (Check Topic below)
Characters CREATED FROM ZERO by the artist (Based on the description made by the client, or images sent for reference of the creation of the character), the image rights of the character created, are of the artist, for the purchase of these rights see the section Commercial/Design Fees , and from then on the client has full image rights of the character created (still, you will have to credit me for the art and creation of the Design/Persona)
For model commissions, the folder will be sent in psd, in case the client wants to animate the model in Live2d, if it is only png, it will be sent in png.
Do not commission if you are not able to wait in the queue if the slots have been filled, or until it is your turn in the Trello progress queue.
Credits to the Artist for the artwork are indispensable, and it is unacceptable to remove the artist's signature from the work, only in cases such as templates (where there will be no signature on the folder sent to the client, but credits must still be given).
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (from the artist's side) which result in a delay in the progress of commissions, all clients will be notified in advance.
The artist has the full right to take the number of commissions that is within her reach

Once the sketch has been approved by the client (and the Lineart process has begun), no "radical" changes to the drawing (pose, accessory, outfit, etc.) will be accepted. Only in cases such as colors, or errors in the structure of the character made by the artist, still during the Lineart process.
After payment THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, if the client withdraws from the commission in the middle of the process. **Only commission if you are SURE!!!
I will send a sketch to the client, for approval and possible changes (Maximum 2 after the approval of the Sketch), after that it will be charged according to the Design Change Fee in Commercial/Design Fees
I, as the Artist, have the right to reject the commission if I don't feel comfortable, or if I don't feel able to fulfill it, and I can cancel the commission after not reaching an agreement with the client after the two free revisions of the commission that the client is entitled to. If not, you will be charged a Removal Fee, mentioned in the term above.
Client information (social media) will not be disclosed if the client does not allow it.
If there is no response from the client within 2 days (max 4), the commission will be canceled and removed from the list. (In the event of any unforeseen personal circumstances with the client, there MAY be a chance for the commission to be resumed, PROVIDED that the client gives advance notice and does not exceed the deadline). If not, the place will be given to another client on the waiting list.
